We're looking for a dynamic, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing team. Some of the key duties of this full-time position include:
* Serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer
* Booking travel, preparing expense reports and managing the schedule
* Ordering supplies and preparing presentations
* Interfacing with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers
* Supporting the sales and marketing team
* Preparing purchase orders, reviewing invoices and reconciling the financials of merchandise sales
* Supervising the trackside merchandise sales teams
* Overseeing and fulfilling online merchandise sales
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical concerns of trackside merchandise sales POS
* Supporting phone-based ticket ordering for events as part of a pool of ticket representatives
* Providing extraordinary customer service to corporate partners, merchandise customers and ticket buyers

The right candidate for this role will have:
* A minimum of five years of professional experience
* A minimum of three years of administrative support experience
* Experience with purchase orders, postal shipping and arranging travel
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive attitude with a focus on results
* Able to juggle multiple high-priority tasks
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Project management experience helpful
* General motorsports knowledge
* Familiarity with short track, dirt racing helpful but not required

Media Specialist (Concord, NC)

This is a full-time, year-round role in our WRG Productions team.

We're looking for a talented editor to produce and assist in producing top-tier short-track dirt motorsports programming.
* Create or assist in editing highlights and features for nationally broadcast programming
* Assist in or produce programming for local, regional or national broadcast
* Develop event recap, driver spotlight, commercial videos throughout the year
* Operate camera for events to be broadcast (live and/or tape-delay programming)
* Ensure that all edited projects meet WRG Production standards, meet time and content specifications, and are consistent with brand image
* Design graphic elements for show/web use
* Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?
* A minimum of three years broadcast and/or web editing and video production experience
* A strong familiarity with technologies such as:
     * AVID
     * Photoshop
     * After Effects
* Background in sports media preferred
* Knowledge of and interest in short track dirt racing helpful
* High sense of ownership, dependability and integrity
* History of and willingness to work in a team environment
* Proactive
* Able to maintain positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations

This position does travel an average of 15-25% a month; however, it may require up to three weekends a month during prime race season.

Operations Intern (Concord, NC)

* Enter and maintain contest entrants
* Prepare materials for mailing, including but not limited to: member packets, tickets, renewals, sanctioning or other collateral
* Generate, package and distribute ticket orders
* Assist with sanctioning, operations, ticket and membership needs as requested
