We are searching for a creative and talented person to lead our Joomla-based interactive media efforts. This is a full-time, year-round employee position based in Concord, NC.
Duties:
* Design, build, update, migrate, manage and develop solutions for our diverse family of websites (Joomla-based, v1.5-3.0 currently)
* Create and manage ad-hoc websites for our partners as needed
* Research and develop creative and cost-effective solutions for technical obstacles
* Partner with internal and external teammates to develop, troubleshoot and oversee web-based activities

Skills:

* Serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer

Media Specialist (Concord, NC)
We're looking for a talented editor to produce and assist in producing top-tier short-track dirt motorsports programming.
* Create or assist in editing highlights and features for nationally broadcast programming
* Assist in or produce programming for local, regional or national broadcast
* Develop event recap, driver spotlight, commercial videos throughout the year
* Operate camera for events to be broadcast (live and/or tape-delay programming)
* Ensure that all edited projects meet WRG Production standards, meet time and content specifications, and are consistent with brand image

Outside Sales Contractor (Sarver,PA)
NOTE:
* This will be an independent contractor relationship between the individual and World Racing Group whereby the contractor agrees to sell sponsorships for Lernerville Speedway and/or its events.
* As an independent contractor, this individual will not considered an employee of World Racing Group in any capacity and will not be eligible for any WRG employee benefits, including but not limited to insurances, workers compensation or employee-only discounts.
* While this position is an independent contractor, there will be mutually agreed upon sales/performance expectations which can end the agreement if unfulfilled.
Summary:
* 10% commission of the net (cash collected) agreement for sponsorships initiated and closed during the agreement
- Commissions paid on a quarterly basis
- Commissions will be reported on a 1099
- Proper paperwork must be completed and submitted before the sponsorship is closed
- Payment must be received in full before the sponsorship is closed
Preferred Contractor Skills:
* At least 3 years of commission based sales experience, preferably in sponsorships or other promotional/marketing ventures
