Independent Sales Contractor (Lernerville Speedway) - Sarver, PA

Summary:

  • This will be an independent contractor relationship between the individual and World Racing Group whereby the contractor agrees to sell sponsorships for local WRG-owned or leased tracks and/or events.
  • As an independent contractor, this individual will not considered an employee of World Racing Group in any capacity and will not be eligible for any WRG employee benefits, including but not limited to insurances, workers compensation or employee-only discounts.
  • While this position is an independent contractor, there will be mutually agreed upon sales/performance expectations which can end the agreement if unfulfilled. 

Compensation:

  • 10% commission of the net (cash collected) agreement for sponsorships initiated and closed during the agreement
    • Commissions paid on a quarterly basis
