* I have read the above information carefully and certify that all information contained in this application and any attachments to it are true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

* I understand that I have no employment contract, express or implied, with World Racing Group and that World Racing Group or I may terminate my employment at any time for any reason with or without cause.  Only an agreement in writing signed by the CEO or Chairman of World Racing Group and myself can change this understanding.

* I further authorize World Racing Group to make such investigation and inquiries of my prior employment, my qualifications and abilities, my statements in this application, my criminal history records (if applicable for the position for which I am applying), and any other related matters in arriving at an employment decision.  I hereby authorize my previous employers to provide all information that they may have regarding my past employment.

* In addition, I hereby release World Racing Group, and its officers, directors, employees and other agents of and from any and all potential liability arising from such an investigation and inquiries of the above information and/or the completion of illegal drug testing, applicable employment testing and criminal background check requirements.
